How Payment Works
A small deposit holds your spot on the schedule. The rest is due once the job’s done and you’ve looked it over.
Deposit Books the Date
A small deposit reserves your slot on the calendar. It comes straight off your total — it isn’t an extra charge, just part of the price paid early.
We Do the Work
We show up when we said, do the job at the right pressure for the surface, and clean up after ourselves.
Walk It, Then Pay the Rest
You look it over before we pack up. If something got missed, it gets fixed. Then the balance is due — card or cash.
Two Options
Use either for the deposit or the balance. The price is identical — we don’t add a surcharge for card payments.
Pay by Card
Use the button below to pay by debit or credit card through Square. Enter the amount, add your name and service address in the note field, and you’ll get an emailed receipt straight away.
You don’t need a Square account and there’s nothing to sign up for.
Pay With Cash
Cash works for the balance and can be handed over once the work is finished and you’ve walked the job.
If you’d like a written receipt for a cash payment, just ask and we’ll text one over.
What to Put in the Note
The Square checkout has a note field. Adding these means your payment gets matched to the right job without anyone chasing it:
- Your name — whoever booked the job
- The service address — street and city is plenty
- Deposit or balance — so we know which it is
Then enter the amount you were quoted. If you’re not sure what that number should be, text us before paying and we’ll confirm it.
Where Your Card Details Go
Nowhere near us. Square handles the entire checkout, so your card number is entered on their secure page and never passes through this website or through Hydro Hustle.
Square is a major, established payment processor used by hundreds of thousands of small businesses. All we receive is confirmation that the payment went through.
Your receipt comes by email from Square, and it’s worth keeping as a record of the work.
Payment Questions
Do you require a deposit?
Yes — a small deposit to book the date. It’s not an additional charge; it comes off your total, so the balance is simply what’s left. Booking a slot means turning down other work for that window, and the deposit is what makes holding it fair to everyone. You’ll be told the exact amount when you book.
When is the rest due?
After the work is finished and you’ve walked the job with us. If something got missed, it gets fixed before anyone talks about the balance.
Is there a fee for paying by card?
No. The price you were quoted is the price you pay, whether that’s card or cash. We don’t add a surcharge for card payments.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, and debit or credit card through Square. Square accepts all major cards. We don’t take checks or peer-to-peer apps — keeping it to two methods means every payment is properly receipted and easy to trace on both sides.
Do I need a Square account?
No. Open the payment link, enter the amount and your card details, and you’re done. No signup, no app, no account.
What if I need to reschedule?
Call or text as soon as you know and we’ll move you to another date. Weather moves jobs around in North Texas more often than anything else, so rescheduling is normal and we’re not difficult about it.
Do I need to be home to pay?
Not for card payments — the link works from anywhere, so plenty of customers pay from work once we’ve sent photos of the finished job. Cash obviously needs someone there.
Can I get a receipt?
Card payments generate an emailed receipt from Square automatically. For cash, ask and we’ll text you one.
The amount doesn’t look right — what do I do?
Don’t pay it. Call or text (682) 218-4939 and we’ll sort it out. A quote from Hydro Hustle is flat, so if the number in front of you doesn’t match what you were told, something’s gone wrong and we’d rather fix it than have you pay the wrong figure.
