In His Own Words

Why Jeremiah Started Hydro Hustle

The idea of building something of his own started early — before he had a word for it. What came with it was the part that actually shapes how this business runs.

I’ve wanted to build something of my own for as long as I can remember. But more than that, I’ve always wanted to help people. If something I do can make someone else happy, that makes me happy.

My goal is to build a community that people can trust and know is always here to help. Pressure washing isn’t just about water and pressure — it’s about the care you put into every job. You’ll never get the same outcome without genuinely caring about the work you do.

When I clean your property, I don’t look at it as just another job. I look at it as if it were my own. That’s the standard I want to bring to every customer, every home, and every job. — Jeremiah Adams, Owner

In Practice

What “Like It’s My Own” Actually Means

Every contractor says they care. Here’s what that turns into on an actual job, in terms you can hold us to.

  • The quote is flat. You get a fixed price before anything starts, and it doesn’t move once the work begins.
  • The method matches the material. Soft wash where pressure would cause damage, surface cleaner where a wand would leave stripes — even when the right way takes longer.
  • You get an honest answer on what won’t come out. Old oil, deep rust, and worn concrete get a straight assessment before you spend money, not an excuse afterward.
  • Your landscaping gets protected. Plants pre-wet before solution goes down, covered where needed, rinsed again at the end.
  • We walk the job with you. Before we pack up, you look at it. If something got missed, it gets fixed then.
  • You deal with the owner. The person quoting the job is the person doing it, so nothing gets lost between the sale and the work.

The Right Tool

Equipment Matters More Than People Think

Most of the bad pressure washing results you’ve seen came from using one tool for everything. A wand on a driveway leaves striping. High pressure on brick eats mortar. A pressure washer on a shingle roof strips the granules off it.

So each surface gets what it needs — a rotary surface cleaner for flat concrete, a wand for edges and detail work, and low-pressure soft wash application with the right cleaning solution for houses, roofs, wood, and composite.

The chemistry matters as much as the pressure. On a soft wash, the detergent does the cleaning and the water is only there to apply it and rinse it off.

Straight Talk

What We Won’t Do

Knowing where a contractor stops is usually more useful than hearing what they’ll say yes to. Here’s ours.

  • We won’t pressure wash a shingle roof. It strips granules and can void your warranty. Roofs get soft washed or they don’t get done.
  • We won’t clean a driveway freehand with a wand. That’s what leaves zebra striping. Flat concrete gets a surface cleaner.
  • We won’t promise old oil or deep rust will disappear. We’ll tell you what we honestly expect to get and let you decide.
  • We don’t seal or stain. Surfaces need to dry fully first, so it’s a separate job — and it isn’t what we do.
  • We don’t repair roofs or gutters. If we notice something while we’re up there, we’ll point it out so you can get the right person on it.
  • We won’t quote a price sight unseen. A photo or a walkthrough first. A number pulled out of the air only goes up later.
Local

Based in Arlington, Working in Tarrant County

Hydro Hustle isn’t a franchise with a call center in another state. It’s one person from Arlington working in Arlington and the cities around it.

That has practical consequences. Exteriors here deal with a specific set of problems — red clay dust, oak pollen and catkins, humidity-driven mildew on north-facing walls, rust from iron-rich irrigation water, and algae on shaded concrete that turns slick after rain. Knowing which of those you’re looking at is what determines how it gets treated.

It also means when something needs to be made right, you’re calling someone who lives fifteen minutes away.

Common Questions

About Hydro Hustle

Who actually does the work?

Jeremiah does. Hydro Hustle is owner-operated, so the person who quotes your job is the person who shows up and cleans it. Nothing gets handed off to a crew that wasn’t there for the conversation.

Why should I hire a newer company?

Fair question, and worth answering directly. A newer owner-operated business has to earn every review it gets, which means the incentive to do the job properly is about as strong as it gets. You also get the owner on the phone rather than a dispatcher, and a schedule flexible enough to actually work around yours.

What you should look for either way is whether a company can explain why they clean a surface a particular way. That’s what the service pages on this site are for — read the roof or driveway page and judge for yourself.

What areas do you serve?

Arlington, Mansfield, Kennedale, Burleson, Pantego, Dalworthington Gardens, Grand Prairie, and the HEB cities of Hurst, Euless, and Bedford. If you’re just outside that range, call (682) 218-4939 and ask — we’ll give you a straight answer.

What services does Hydro Hustle offer?

Driveway and concrete cleaning, patio and deck cleaning, house washing for brick and siding, roof soft washing, gutter clean-out and brightening, and trash bin cleaning at $25 per bin or $45 for both.

Do you offer recurring service?

Yes. Trash bin cleaning works well on a monthly or quarterly schedule, and most exteriors benefit from an annual or twice-yearly wash. Ask when you book and we’ll set it up so you don’t have to remember.

How do I get a quote?

Text a photo of what needs cleaning to (682) 218-4939. Most jobs can be priced from a picture without anyone needing to come out, and you’ll usually have a flat number back the same day. Estimates are free and there’s no obligation.
