How to Get Your Price
Most jobs can be quoted from a photo. No one has to come out, and you don’t have to be home for anything.
Take a Photo
Stand back far enough to show the whole area, then take one close-up of the worst spot. Two pictures is usually plenty.
Text It Over
Send it to (682) 218-4939 with your city and what you’d like cleaned. That’s the whole message — no forms, no back and forth.
Get a Flat Price
Usually the same day. If it works for you, we schedule it — typically within 48 hours. If it doesn’t, that’s the end of it.
What to Photograph
You don’t have to get this right — send whatever you’ve got and we’ll ask if we need more. But these are the shots that let us price it on the first try.
Driveways & Patios
One wide shot from the street or the far corner showing the whole slab, plus a close-up of the worst staining. If there’s oil or orange rust, photograph that separately.
House Washing
One shot per side of the house, taken from far enough back to see the full wall to the roofline. Mention whether it’s brick, siding, or stucco.
Roofs
A photo from the yard showing the streaked slope — don’t get on a ladder for this. Let us know if it’s one story or two.
Gutters
One photo of the house from the street tells us the footage and the height. If you want the black streaks removed too, mention it.
Decks
A wide shot showing the deck and its railings. Tell us whether it’s wood or composite — they get cleaned differently.
Trash Bins
No photo needed. It’s $25 per bin, $45 for both. Just text us how many and your address.

Is the estimate really free?
Yes. Free, no obligation, and no charge whether you book or not. Most quotes happen from a photo without anyone needing to come out.
How fast will I hear back?
Usually within a few hours, and almost always the same day. Text something late in the evening and you’ll hear back the next morning.
Do you have to come out to give me a price?
Usually not. A clear photo covers driveways, patios, bins, and most house washes. Larger or more complicated jobs sometimes need a look in person, and we’ll tell you if yours is one of them.
Will the price change once you get here?
The quote is flat. The only thing that changes it is finding something substantially different from the photos — heavy rust that wasn’t visible, for instance. If that happens we tell you before starting and you decide. We don’t add charges afterward.
Am I going to get sales calls?
No. You’ll get your quote and that’s it. If you don’t book, there’s no follow-up sequence and no repeated calls.
Can I just call instead of texting?
