The Short Version

This website has no contact form, no comment section, no accounts, and no logins for visitors. You can read it without giving us anything.

The only personal information we hold is what you send us directly when you call or text about a job — and the photos we take of the work we do. We don’t sell your information to anyone, ever.

Information You Give Us

When you call or text us for a quote, we receive whatever you choose to send: your phone number, your name, the address or area where the work would happen, photos of what needs cleaning, and anything else you tell us.

We use that information for one purpose — to quote and carry out the work you asked about, and to stay in touch with you about it.

Text Messages

When you text us, your message and number sit in the ordinary messaging history on our phone, the same as any other text conversation. Standard message and data rates from your carrier apply.

We reply about your job. We don’t add you to a marketing list, and we don’t send promotional texts to people who contacted us about a quote. If you ever want us to stop messaging you, reply STOP or just say so, and we will.

Photos of Your Property

We photograph our work — usually a before and after of whatever we cleaned. Those photos may appear on this website, our Google Business Profile, or our social media pages, because showing real results is how a small business earns trust.

How we handle them:

• We frame photos on the surface being cleaned, not on your household
• We leave out identifying details wherever we reasonably can — house numbers, street signs, license plates, mailboxes, and anything else that pinpoints the property
• We never publish your name, address, or any contact information alongside a photo
• We describe locations only by city — “a driveway in Arlington,” never a street or block
• We don’t photograph the inside of your home
• We strip location data (EXIF GPS) from images before they’re uploaded to this website

You can opt out at any time. Tell us before the job, during it, or months afterward — no reason needed, and it won’t affect your service or your price. If a photo of your property is already published and you’d like it taken down, call or text (682) 218-4939 and we’ll remove it promptly. If it’s on a third-party platform like Google or Facebook, we’ll delete our copy right away, though those platforms may take a little longer to clear their caches.

Information Collected Automatically

Like nearly every website, ours runs on servers that keep standard logs. Those logs may record your IP address, browser type, the pages you visited, and the time you visited. This happens at the hosting and security layer, is used to keep the site running and to block malicious traffic, and isn’t something we look at to identify individual visitors.

Cookies

This site doesn’t use cookies to track you, build an advertising profile, or follow you across other websites. There’s no comment form or account system, so none of the usual WordPress cookies for those features are set for visitors.

How Long We Keep It

Quote conversations and job records are kept as long as they’re useful for servicing the customer and for ordinary business and tax purposes. Work photos are kept while they’re in use, and deleted when you ask us to remove them. Server logs are retained on our host’s standard schedule.

You can, at any time:

• Ask what information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct anything that’s wrong
• Ask us to delete your contact information
• Ask us to remove any photo of your property
• Tell us to stop contacting you
